Our turnover service goes beyond standard cleaning — we reset your property to guest-ready condition with precision, consistency, and presentation in mind.
Our Short-Term Rental Turnover Process:
1. Arrival & Property Assessment
We begin each turnover with a quick property scan to identify damage, missing items, or guest-related concerns. Any irregularities are documented and communicated promptly.
2. Hospitality-Level Cleaning
We follow a structured, room-by-room turnover checklist tailored specifically for short-term rentals.
This includes:
↳High touch surface sanitization
↳Kitchen appliance wipe-down (inside & out)
↳Bathroom detailing & reset
↳Bed stripping and professional presentation remake
↳Floor care (vacuuming/mopping per floor type)
↳Trash removal and liner replacement
3. Linen & Supply Reset
Fresh linens are replaced according to your system. Towels are staged neatly, and essential guest supplies are checked and restocked per your preferences.
4. Presentation & Staging
We don’t just clean — we prepare the space.
Pillows fluffed. Throws aligned. Toiletries organized. Lighting adjusted. The goal is to create that “walk-in wow” moment.
5. Final Quality Control Walkthrough
Before departure, we conduct a final inspection to ensure nothing is overlooked. Photos can be provided upon request for documentation and peace of mind.
6. Communication & Turnover Confirmation
You receive confirmation when the property is guest-ready. If any issues arise, they are communicated immediately so you can stay ahead of potential review risks.
